  1. Q - How can I get further than the basket summary as it won't let me go to the next stage of payment?
    A - Please fill in all details for your name and address in every box
  2. Q - Why is my card not being accepted at checkout?
    A - Please make sure that the address you have given matches the one registered with the card you are using. If you would like it sent to a different address please advise us
  3. Q - How do I get combined shipping discount if applicable?
    A - The maximum charge for delivery will be £12.99 and will automatically be discounted when you go to checkout
  4. Q - When do I get my deposit back?
    A - You will receive the deposit back on the same day as return subject to 'Complete Costumes' terms and conditions
  5. Q - Does the delivery charge include the cost of return?
    A - We use a 24 hour service with Parcel Force so the delivery charge is a one way service
