* This dainty beautifully romantic feminine ball gown is created from a beautiful flowing embroidered light blue fabric - perfect for a Regency ball! Chest measures 34 inches, empire line/ under bust line measures 30 inches and length measures 56 inches to the front and 59 inches to the back. There is a thin drawstring ribbon to pull in around the neckline and under bust line which gives an adjustable size using ribbons to tie to your size at the back. Four button back fastening. There is a detachable light blue belt with gold hand embroidered detail
